This policy covers everture.ai — the Everture marketing and product-directory site. It is a placeholder; replace before public launch with a version reviewed by legal counsel. Each Everture product (RECALL, TEMPO) has its own privacy policy governing the data you give it; this page only covers the marketing site.

What this site collects

The email address (and optional message) you submit through the waitlist / contact form, used solely to reply to you or notify you when a product opens.
Standard server logs (IP, request path, timestamp) used for security and abuse prevention.

What we don't do

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
We do not run third-party trackers that build a cross-web profile of you.

Sub-processors

Vercel — site hosting.
Resend — outbound email for waitlist / contact replies (when enabled).

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time. Email hello@everture.ai.
